Rapid Google Indexing..

I know mattcutts has mentioned this on this blog in the past and i’ve noticed it the past month or so…

Google seem to be indexing blog posts within hours..

Take for example my blog post titled ‘Blogging Presentation‘… when i searched for ‘blogging presentation’ in google a few hours after i posted, i was delighted to find my blog post sitting on the frontpage, no.4

This is good news of course as it means the days of waiting days/weeks for material to be indexed appear to be gone.. certainly when we’re talking about blogs and in particular wordpress blogs..

It’s no secret that google love wordpress, almost as much as they love wikipedia 😉
