It was 3 and a half minutes long and during the video i found myself impressed by (a) the content itself – a dude jumping off a cliff, and gliding over mountaineous terrain at crazy speed, only a few feet from the ground (b) the music…

But check out the top rated comments – hundreds of people, just like me, have stumbled across the video / gone looking for it all because it was featured in that cool wingsuit video.
This is hopefully a lesson all artists & record labels can learn from… going around nuking videos and going after little guys / home made videos who use your music is not damaging sales. Is it infringing your rights? Sure… but if you’re stupid enough to protect your music so much nobody can hear it or share it, then you must question the whole point of making music in the first place. Share your work and you get rewarded eventually, it doesn’t go unnoticed…
