I’ve no interest in athletics or running or world records but you can’t help but admire Usain Bolt – fastest man on the planet. He’s smashed 100m and 200m records at Berlin this week, despite being “tired”.
Typically, we’re used to seeing very tight 100m races at any level (after all it’s not a huge distance), but this guy is so far ahead of the pack it’s unreal. And the men alongside him aren’t exactly snails either…

This week, in that record breaking 100m run, he averaged 23.35 mph which is incredible / scary. Right now, it sucks to be a 100m male sprinter because you’re always going to be, at best, 2nd best. With a name like ‘Bolt’, you almost think this guy was born to run and smash records.
