These are a list of things I like to run through in an initial meeting to get a feel for a project and extract enough information from clients in order to give them an estimate of time & cost involved. Quite often, clients don’t know precisely what they want, so presenting them with these lists helps to inspire them and generates discussion & debate (internally) about whether something is needed or not (it’s a lot better to have the debates before work starts, rather than mid-way through a project!).
