Two words which can breed both fear and relief. For me, it’s ‘relief’ in this case. I’ve just finished up with my last exam, i know i’ve passed them all and i know that’s another big educational milestone complete…
one more day
Tomorrow will quite possibly be my last ever day sitting college exams, or being in college as a student at all for that matter. I face a tough ‘financial management’ exam but i’m confident i’ll do enough to pass it and pick up my honours degree at a final farewell ceremony in October….
2 exams remaining
This week, i’ve sat 3 exams which means i’ve just 2 left. They’ve gone reasonably well so far. I’ve done more than enough to pass and i reckon i’m on course for a 2.1. I just have to keep that trend up for 4 more hours…
two computers, one set of speakers
Last year I got myself a third monitor and a Mac mini. Up until then i’d been selling the idea dual monitors. Is two enough? It depends what you’re doing. All i can say is that i make use of all 3 monitors and two computers. Yesterday i reinstalled windows and today i made some more tweaks to my workflow…
Virtual Spring Clean
Today I decided to reinstall windows on my PC. I do this every year or so, possibly every 6 months. It depends how much crap i install or how slow my system in running. I could manually remove unused applications or defrag hard drives but it’s just easier to nuke everything and start fresh…
