This time last year i published a photo of my desktop… it looked so clean and tidy. One of these days (hopefully tomorrow) i’ll be taking apart everything on my desktop and dusting it… possibly moving stuff about too. Anyway, here’s a photo of my desktop as it is right now…
What a difference a year makes
As you can see, quite a bit has changed since last year. I’ve added a third monitor and a Mac Mini and moved my laser printer away to another part of the room (the beauty of having a wireless printer).
I’ve also switched my keyboard from my old logitech one to a full size Mac keyboard. It just feels more ‘natural’ to type with and i reckon it helps me type that extra bit faster too due to the low profile, laptop-like keys.
You can also see my iPhone there, didn’t have that last June either… nor did i have my new 5.1 surround sound system. Last year i had an old 7.1 surround sound system but it packed in on me so i had to replace it…
Tomorrow, i hope to clean everything up and have it all looking more photogenic. There’s a lot of crap that builds up on a desk… any desk. Until paper and pens are extinct, there’s always going to find their way on to desks and laze around…
